Same-Day Physicals
Get Well Urgent Care is able to perform required physicals for school, sports, camp, and work. Just stop in when it’s convenient for you. Our friendly medical team is here extended hours, 7 days a week, and can make sure you or your child is healthy and able to safely participate.
School, Sports, and Camp Physicals
During the exam, a Get Well Urgent Care provider will review your child’s medical history, perform a comprehensive physical exam, and provide useful information on injury prevention. We can also complete and sign participation or school forms. Just bring the necessary forms along for your visit, and if your child wears glasses, bring those too.
