Meet The Co-Founders

NIDAL HAMMOUD, MD

CEO, CO-FOUNDER

Dr. Nidal Hammoud was born in Dearborn, Michigan. His parents immigrated here in 1977 from Lebanon. He attended Wayne State University for his undergraduate and later The American University of the Caribbean Medical School.He worked as a medical director for many years, gaining passion and love for family medicine and urgent care. This led to an opportunity to open his own urgent care in Roseville alongside business partner, Dr. Rakesh Soni in 2010. He led the way in creating an owner operated urgent care concept to help grow Get Well to what is today. He is dedicated to providing the best possible care and service and committed to continually improving Get Well Urgent Care.

Dr.Rakesh Soni was born in Chandigarh-Northern India. He went to medical college at Nagpur in India and came to the United States in 2005. He did his residency at Beaumont Wayne in family medicine. He worked as an attending physician at Oakwood Annapolis Hospital prior to focusing on urgent care and family medicine, leading to him co-founding Get Well Urgent Care. Dr.Soni wanted to continue building relationships with the community and was passionate about providing quality and accessible care. This has been the driving force for him in Get Well Urgent Care and his overall success as a family physician and urgent care owner.

RAKESH SONI, MD

Dr. Wael Bazzi was born in Eloise, Michigan. He attended Wayne State University and later the American University of the Caribbean Medical School. He completed residency in Family Practice at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan. Dr.Bazzi joined the urgent care partnership with his current partners Dr. Hammoud and Dr. Soni soon after.He is passionate about looking for ways to improve patient care and the overall experience of the patient visit at Get Well. He is excited to be a part of the continued expansion and growth of the company.

SARA GIBRAEL HADID, PA-C

EXECUTIVE PARTNER | VP OF OPERATIONS

Sara Gibrael Hadid was born in Baghdad, Iraq and immigrated to Sweden at the age of three where she grew up and later moved to Michigan with her family in 2000. Sara attended Wayne State University for her undergraduate studies and worked as a Registered Dietitian at the DMC hospitals. Her love for medicine grew, leading her to obtain her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at Wayne State University in 2014. She joined Get Well Urgent Care full time in 2016 as one of the first managing partners. Sara focuses on providing quality care, team building, and the growth of the company.

Peter Matty graduated from Wayne State University for his undergraduate and later went on to Hofstra University for completion of his Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. He has been a practicing Physician Assistant for 7 years. He loves providing quality care and is always searching for ways to improve the clinical experience. He is proud of the growth Get Well has experience and looks forward to continuing that process.

Matthew Matty graduated from Wayne State University for his undergraduate and later went on to Hofstra University for completion of his Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. He has been a practicing Physician Assistant for 7 years. He is passionate about using his skills and Knowledge tomake a positive impact in patient lives and employee relations, while helping in the growth of Get Well Urgent Care.
